Thank you for your interest in the Fall 2017 Middle School Tennis Program. Please complete and submit the form below to register your student for the program which will be held on Saturday mornings from 10 - 11:30 September 16, September 23, September 30 and October 7 at the Peter Igo Park courts.

Other details:

Due to timing constraints, in case of inclement weather makeup classes will not be offered.
All equipment will be provided.
Athletic clothes and sneakers are required. Please bring water and sunscreen.

Cost for the 4 classes is $15/student and includes a free ball cap!

Pay by PayPal or credit card (below) or by check payable to the Marshfield Tennis Club (please bring on the 1st day of lessons).
